Musalmanon ka padha likha ek nawjawan tabqa aj kafi parishan hai aur is parishani ki wajah hai deen mein bejah firqaparasti.Woh aur bhi parishan ho jate hain jab ek firqa ke maulvi hazrat unse kahte hain ke Meelad manana bida'at hai to giyarhwi manana shirk.Unhe samajh nahi ata hai ke akhir karen to kiya karen?Meelad manayen ya use bida'at samjhe?Giyarhwi manaye ya use shirk samjhe?In muslim bhaiyon ke liye yeh mukhtasar tahreer lekar aya hun agar aap ise baghaur padhenge aur samjhenge to In Sha Allah Azzawajal apki yeh parishani dur ho jayegi.
Sawal:Giyarhwi kiya hai?
Jawab:Ghaus Paak Radi Allahu anho ke liye Rabiul akhir ki 11 tarikh ko jo fateha ya isale sawab kiya jata hai use giyarhwi kahte hain.Agar ek jumla mein jawab diya jaye to giyarhwi isale sawab hai.
Sawal:Agar giyarhwi sirf isale sawab hai aur kuch nahi to fir ise isale sawab hi kaha jaye giyarhwi kiyun kahte hain?
Jawab:Ise giyarhwi is liye kahte hain ke yeh pehchani ja sake ke Rabiul Akhir ke 11 tarikh ko jo fateha ya isale sawab kiya jata hai woh kisi aur buzurg ke liye nahi balke khas Ghaus Paak Radi Allahu anho ke liye hai.Jaise khana to sabhi hota hai magar hum kisi khane ko walima kahte hain kisi ko aqeeqa ka khana wajah sirf itni hoti hai ke yeh pehchani ja sake ke yeh jo dawat hai ya khana hai uski nisbat walima se hai isi tarah hota sab isale sawab hi hai magar jis buzurg ke liye kiya jaye unki nisbat se us fateha ka naam rakh diya jata hai.
Sawal:Mujhe giyarhwi to samajh mein aa gaya magar yeh Isale sawab kiya hota hai aur kiya ap ise Hadees se sabit kar sakte hain?
Jawab:Kisi bhi nek amal ka sawab kisi marhoom momin ko pahunchana isale sawab kahlata hai.Ek do nahi balke kai ahadees maujud hain jisse isale sawab ka subut milta hai.Hum yahan ek hadees pesh karte hain.
Hadees:
“ Hazrat Saad Bin Ubada Radi Allahu anho arz karte hai YA RASOOL ALLAH Sall Allahu Alaihe Wasallam meri Maa Wisal Kar gayi, Mai unki taraf se sadka karna chahta hu konsa sadka Afzal rahega, Sarkar Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya PAANI , Chunance unhone ek KUN’WA (Well) khudwaya aur kaha ‘ ﻫَﺬِﻩِ ﻷُﻡِّ ﺳَﻌْﺪٍ ’ yaani

Sawal:Maine dekha hai ke fateha karte waqt aap kuch shirni samne rakhte hain fir uspar padhte hain kiya yeh tariqa jayez hai?
Jawab:Bilkul jayez hai balke Rasool Kareem Sall Allahu Alaihe Wasallam se sabit hai hadees mulaheza karen.

Hazrat Anas Radi Allahu Anho farmate hai jab Nabi e Paak Sall Allahu Alaihe Wasallam ne Hazrat Zainab Radi Allaho Anha Se Nikah Kiya To Meri Walda Hazrat Umme Sulaim Radi Allaho Anha Ne Hais (Sattu,Ghee, Or Khazoor Se Bana Huwa Khana) Bana Kar Ek Tabaq me Rakha Or Mujhe Kaha Ise Nabi Kareem Sall Allahu Alaihe Ki Khidmat e Aqdas Me Le Jao Main Khidmat e Aqdas Me Hazir Huwa To Nabi E Karim Sall Allahu Alaihe Wasallam Ne Farmaya Jao Or Musalmano Me Se Tumhe Jo Mile Usse Bula Lao Mujhe Jo Mila Bula Laaya or Nabi e Akram Sall Allahu Alaihe Wasallam Ne Dua Padha or Jo Kuch Rab Ko Manzoor Tha wo Aap ne Dua Me Padha

Sawal:Lekin ap log Ghaus paak Radi Allahu anho ke liye murgha zabah karte hain yeh to shirk hai?
Jawab:Kisi chiz par Allah ke siwa kisi aur ka naam lene se shirk nahi ho jata warna jab aap qurbani ka janwar late hain to kahte hain ke yeh Jamal sahab ka janwar hai to fulan sahab ka janwar hai.Usi tarah janwar kabhi Shadi ke naam par zabah hota hai to kabhi aqeeqah ke naam par.Agar kisi janwar ko kisi ki taraf mansoob kar dene se koi janwar haram ho jata to qurbani ka janwar,Shadi ka janwar aur aqeeqah ka janwar sab haram ho jata.Shirk tab hota hai jab koi janwar zabah karte waqt us par Allah ke siwa kisi aur ka naam liya jaye jaise ke Mushrikin Makka kiya karte the.
Giyarhwi mein murgha Allah ki raza ke liye Allah ka naam lekar zabah kiya jata hai aur iska sawab Ghaus e Paak Radi Allahu Anho ko nazr kiya jata hai ismein koi harj nahi balke hadees se sabit hai.Hadees mulaheza karen.
Hadees:Allah ke Nabi Sallalahu Alaihe Wasallam ne mendhe ko zabah karte waqt farmaya"Allah ke naam se shru karta hun.Aye Allah ise qabool farma Muhammad Sall Allahu Alaihe Wasallam ki taraf se,Aal e Muhammad Sall Allahu Alaihe Wasallam ki taraf se aur ummat e Muhammad Sall Allahu Alaihe Wasallam ki taraf se fir uski qurbani pesh kar di

Nabi Kareem Sall Allahu Alaihe Wasallam Allah ke naam par zabah karte aur uska sawab ummat ki taraf mansoob kar dete.
