JAYEZ AMAL KE LIYE DALEEL SHARA'AI KI
ZARURAT NAHI:
Islam ek asaan mazhab hai jispar asani se chala ja sakta hai.Shariat mein har khas o aam,bache,budhe aur bimaron ka khyal rakha gaya hai ke unke liye Islam par chalna asaan ho jaye.Is mamle mein Sahaba karam,Tabayeen,Taba Tabayeen,Salfus-Saleheen,Mufassireen,muhaddiseen o fuqha karam hamari rahnumai karte nazar ate hain magar 100-200 salon se aise log paida ho gaye hain jinhone musalmanon ka jeena dushwar kar diya hai aur musalmanon ke jayez amal par Shirk,Bida'at aur haram ka fatwa sadir karte nazar ate hain.Aam musalman aur khas kar nawjawan tabqa kaafi parishan hai ke woh karen to kiya karen aur kiski baat manen.
Misal ke taur par kisi ne apne dost ko "Jumah Mubarak" kaha to foran muft ke mufti ne fatwa sadir kar diya ke yeh bida'at hai.Koi kisi Buzurg ke mazar par chala gaya to uspar shirk aur haram ka fatwa laga diya.
Is par muft ke mufti yeh kahte hain ke jo kaam Rasool Allah Sal Allahu Alaihe wasallam ya Sahaba Karam se sabit nahi woh sab bida'at hai haram hai.
Kiya waqai aisa hi hai?
Shariat ka is mamle mein kiya asool hai?

"Rasool Akram Sal Allahu Alaihe wasallam ne irshad farmaya ke halal woh hai jise Allah Ta'ala ne apni kitab mein halal qarar diya aur haram woh hai jise Allah Ta'ala ne apni kitab mein haram qarar diya aur jisse Allah Ta'ala ne khamoshi ikhtiyar farmai to use Allah Ta'ala ne ma'af kiya hai."

Malum hua ke insani zindagi mein hazaron ashya aisi hain jinke halal o haram hone ke bare mein Qura'n o Sunnat khamosh hain to aisi chizen aur amal jayez hongi ispar daleel sharai ki zarurat nahi.
Shariat Islamia ke tamam fuqha o muhaddiseen ka yahi muttafaqha qayedah hai ke.

Lehaza Shariat Islamia ke is qayede ke mutabiq har woh amal jayez hai jab tak Qura'an o Sunnat uske najayez o haram hone ko na bayan karde.
Ek baat aur yaad rakhne ki hai ke muhaddiseen o fuqha karam ka yeh ittefaqi asool hai ke
"Rasool Akram Sal Allahu Alaihe Wasallam ka koi kaam karna uske jayez hone ki daleel hai jabke kisi kaam ka na karna uske haraam hone ki daleel nahi jab tak uski hurmat par koi daleel sharai na ho"

Lehaza ab agar aapne koi nek amal kiya aur dusre fard ne aitraz kiya ke Meelad manana,Anguthe chumna,Mazar par jana,Jumah Mubarak kahna wagairah Bida'at hai haram hai to parishan hone ki zarurat nahi.Apko in amoor ke jayez o halal hone par daleel dene ki zarurat nahi hai balki aap aitraz karne wale se foran kahen ke woh in amoor ke haram o najayez hone par koi wazeh daleel sharai pesh kare kiyunki muhadiseen o fuqha ke muttafaqha asool ke mutabik har chiz asal ke lehaz se jayez hai,woh haram o najayez nahi hogi jab tak Allah Ta'ala aur uska Rasool Sal Allahu Alaihe Wasallam use haram qarar na den.
